State vote on Microstamping Mon. 3/16

The CGA is scheduled to vote on a bill to institute microstamping on Monday 3/16/09.

I've been checking the news and the CT legislature website, but all it says is that the hearing and/or vote was scheduled, not what the results of that vote are. Does anyone know if the vote happened, and, if so, where what the results were?

I haven't heard an uproar about the impracticable and ridiculous microstamping bill passing, but that doesn't mean they didn't try to sneak it past us.

It never made it out of committe, which means it is dead, for now. It can be brought up in another form at anytime if someone so chooses. We just have to watch it and make sure that doesn't happen. I believe this session is not over until June 2.
