I saw a thread on this already but, do any of you do any h2h, combatives, knife, stick, or weapons training?
...I do, and would like to continue, any thoughts on groups/schools near Milford....or maybe some guys here would like to do some training/drills/stuff? |

I don't bounce like I used to...  I'd like to work on some MOAB Training, but I'd probably break something on myself. was kind of proficient in Kenpo, TKD and Boxing at one time, Tournaments and stuff, even won one or two, once upon a time. Hard to find guys that want to go half-speed during training and I understand that completely. So at this stage of the game, Mountain Biking and weight training are it for me...  |

Boxing is my specialty, although I've dabbled in Fairbairn-Sykes "Defendu", which does incorporate sharp, pointy objects... why do you think I make knives??? 
Too bad you're so far away, otherwise I'd be all too glad to teach you to box. Boxing has gotten me out of a few sticky situations before, and it's an absolutely awesome start to virtually any hand-to-hand training.
(Besides, it's a GREAT workout.)
