Recently, I purchased Russian SKS and while looking for markings at http://yooperj.com/SKS-1.htm I found that it's East German DDR marked Russian SKS. Does that reduce it's value ? Any comments are appreciated

I don't think so. More desirable than the Norinco or any of the newer ones currently available.
