Connecticut Preparedness

Hopefully some one can help me out with this. When I attempt to give feedback I end up in the wrong place. I go to " goodguys feedback" click on new topic, enter the comments, hit submit and it goes to classifieds.
What am I doing wrong?

Click on good guy feedback then, Click post reply, not new topic.
