With all that is happening in the world. Especially the gun world it seems we need to start "the conversation" even here on this site. To start it might be good to see what's going on with others.

I recommend that you go to Blaze TV. Yes it's Glenn Beck. If you dislike him or hate him go anyway. Sign up for the free 14 day trial and watch todays, "Glenn Beck Show" it was at 5PM but should be archived. Then really watch tomorrows show. He will have this man, http://killology.com/bio.htm

I really only know that we need to come together no matter who we are, now! and start talking to each other so we can then talk to others.

I agree with starting a conversation.
Unfortunately, those that need to be involved are not going to be....and at this point it might be too late and definitely too little.
The greater portion of America's citizens have their opinions spoon feed to them via mass media as they watch/listen hypnotized each night and have it all reenforced through out the day from transmissions that are everywhere. Lives are so frantic with the rat race of daily life, the inundations of advertising and a deluge of useless and confusing information. Further this with the fact that the greater amount of people consume poisoned, processed and non-nutritious foods/drinks. (I am not even going get into the spiritual and health aspects propagated and twisted by religion and medicine).
Too me, it is no wonder why we are where we are at....Why we facing a degradation of our God given rights and fast moving to socialistic / fascistic state.
No one takes the time to dig into the true facts. Stopping to read, think critically and most importantly question everything is virtually a nonexistent exercise......
This is way we are a programed society and will go the way the our programers wish unless we change "The Machine", not the method.

PaiN and I had some of this discussion on New Years day so I know some of his thoughts and have been thinking about our talk. PaiN is a good and intelligent man.

I am almost 60 years old and I will admit to you I have not stood up for what I believe in as an individual many times in my life. I don't know how to affect change. I do know that our country was brought about by the will and deeds of only 25 - 30% of the people living here. I know that there are people that can help us and want to. The "conversation" I mentioned is one that we need to have with our friends, families, wives, children, coworkers, strangers, each other here and anyone who will listen. BUT! we need to know what to say. We need to know "WHY" we are saying what we say. I believe there are some men here who can lead and teach what needs to be taught.

I know that everyone of us should look the person we are talking to in the eye and smile as we talk to them. I know this to be true.

If I am overstepping my place as a new uninvolved member of this forum please tell me.
