We file Freedom of Information request for the names and addreses of all the newspaper employees that are not permit holders, and publish it and pass it out on a hand out to all the NY junkies and criminals so they know where the easy pickins are, pay back is a real bitch.

Making this public has come up once in a while but so far it's been kept confidential... another thing to be attentive to.
