High capacity magazines

This is a legal type question that I can't get a straight answer from anyone ,
Here it is ;
I have a xdm 9mm that I want to sell only thing is it's got 3-19shot magazines (they are registered ) can I sell them with the gun to a ct resident ?
Can I Sell to out of state resident ?

You can sell the gun to CT resident without the mags
You can sell everything out of state as long as it's legal in the buyers state

There is no such thing as a "high capacity magazine"

There is standard capacity and reduced capacity

Well for ct 19 is higher than the 10 we are allowed

Couldn't you simply fashion a plug to insert between the spring to limit capacity?
I suppose that is not permanent enough, since you could disassemble your magazine and remove it, and have a "deadly (extremely deadly, in fact) magazine" before 911 responds...

Yes you can "permanently" alter the standard magazine to reduce it's capacity

That's why I "call" 1911, only 8 rounds and no waiting
