Magazine capacity

Postby Hddreamer » Thu Dec 11, 2014 3:57 am

Just wondering if anyone knew if you can sell a firearm that has hi-capacity magazine .
I have a XDM that came with 3-18 round clips , do I have to sell with no clips????
Thanks

That's correct, it would have to be sold with no magazines. Unless it is going to a LEO or active military. I also believe there is language in the new bill that says CO's can purchase as well.
