So I have a question. If a handgun is registered to me but someone who has a vaild permit wishes to carry it IE a relative. Do I need to transfer it to them. Or can they carry it without me transfering it.

A permit holder may carry any legal handgun. I don't see where the law states that it has to be your handgun.

I'd suggest reading the pertinent statutes to get it clear in your own mind.

No worries...any legal gun can be carried by a legal carrier.
