As stated in title I have two questions
1) is there any new forms or ways that need to be followed to sell a shotgun
2) will there be people manning the phones when you call DPS ?

1. Same way as when selling a pistol. DPS-3c and a DPS-67, 4 copies blah blah. Only thing now is the buyer needs a pistol permit, eligibility certificate, or a long gun certificate. (I believe that is all of them.)

2. There should still be people answering the phones. Haven't heard anything lately of them not. I haven't called in a while so I really couldn't speak from experience.
