OSB Wal-Mart has some CCI 200s and 250s (Large Rifle & Magnum/$3.17 & $3.37 respectively).
The Grouse Perch has assorted powders and primers (mostly older primers, but I've found they all go bang, as a rule). Prices... you'll have to take your chances.

For those who need to know, Hoffmans (choke) has some basics in plentiful stock, Bullseye, Unique, American Select, along with every variety of primer. 1000 primers per person, but no limit on powder.
