Does anyone here use small rifle primers for 9mm loads? I understand they run hotter and have a harder cup to them. I am also aware that I would need to work up the load again. Just thought I would ask since some of you guys are seasoned veterans.

FYI: I usually load 9mm with titegroup or bullseye and use Remington small pistol primers. Generally I will use Berry's bullets as well. usually 115 or 124 grain.

Sometimes I'm short the small pistol primers, so I've used small rifle on occasion, but not for any noticeable gains/deficiencies. Rarely am I loading maximums, so I can't provide any scientific data as to pressures, velocities etc.
Sorry.
