Perhaps GA can fabricate several for a group (cheap) buy...hint, hint!
I have the berdan tool, it works about 99% of the time, but go too deep and you damage the anvil or worse, break the cutter.
I generally use the hydraulic method with a blunt punch made to each caliber size, but the video above has a much better device that can be universal and doesn't require any mechanical contact with the brass and punch.
It's nice to know you can reload what up til now was "throw away" brass, but in reality, you have ample boxer brass, so you are correct when you ask,"Why bother?"
Don't bother, just reload the boxer stuff and don't worry about the rest. (When you are living in a cave in Afzeekistanbul, then you can resort to 100% salvage tactics...)
