Boy, that's a tough one!
Hoffman's seemed to be well stocked in rifle primers, but they were weighted towards CCI brand. I can't say what they had in Federal, but a phone call might solve that mystery.
The only other place I've seen primers on the shelf is over in Monroe at North Atlantic Sportsman, Inc., and they were $40+/1000 and mostly Winchester.
A call to Chris at Autumn Gun Works in Goshen might be worthwhile, too.
