Just exceptional ammo, I guess! (Needless to say, I was not the shooter!)
He's a novice reloader, not a novice shooter.

But actually it really looks amazing. Probably he is a good shooter. Has a a good eyesight, his hands I guess is not shaking and most of all he is good mood while doing the shooting.
