I'm 50 and a local business owner. Looking for a landowner who will let me target practice .22 long rifle or 20 guage shotgun. My business takes me from Madison to Durham to Branford. Not looking for all the ammenities of a club. Just want to plink now and then. I would be happy to meet or call to discuss arrangements. Farmland /woods great. Thanks , Patrick

You will find that a tough sell. Most landowners don't want the liability.

A better approach would be to ask landowners for permission to hunt squirrels.

I've got relatives with farmland in Litchfield County, but I only have occasional access. It's not up for rental use per se. It's perfect for what you seek, but it just isn't available weekly.
