The regular synthetic stocks that are available for the mini-14 and the 10/22 are starting to grow on me. Still unsure if I wanna go back to those style stocks since both of these are pre-ban rifles and I can take full advantage of that in thier current configuration.

Truth be told... if you are running pre-bans you might as well run with it and put whatever the hell you could ever want on there. No sense in taking the blower off of a supercharged Lightning...

Personally, I figure if I'm going to have a conventional stock, I'll go with wood. Nothing looks better than a nicely figured piece of walnut, maple, or cherry.

Sometimes you just have to Cowboy Up.
