Excellent, I will get this info up on the Events section under Rifle & Shotgun. Any other info you have about what types of rifles/calibers are considered small bore would be appreciated.

Thanks

All:

Smallbore competition shooting is .22 caliber rifle shooting.

3-Position competions consist of shooting 40 shots in the prone position, 40 shots in the standing position and 40 shots in the kneeling position.

The Prone competitions consist of shooting at different distances; 50 yards, 50 meters, and 100 yards.

If a competition is a two-day competition, the competitor has to shoot iron sights on Saturday and the competitor is allowed to use either iron sights or a scope on Sunday.

sounds interesting..is it mostly competition class rifles or do you see any sporter class rifles..also..is there any restrictions on them ? trigger pull/weight etc.

This is all competition class rifles. Anschutz, Remington, Winchester, Sule. There is no weight minimum of maximum on triggers. There is no weight limit on the rifles, but I am sure you don't want it anywhere over 16 pounds, otherwise you will not be able to hold the rifle up after one target.
