Starting a new AR build and was looking at dropping in a tac con 3mr trigger. Anyone have any thoughts on this trigger? Are there other aftermarket triggers that are better or can do the same thing. Any advice would help. Thanks.

I cannot say I have heard anything about the Tac Con trigger. Some people I know have used the Geissele and Timney triggers and liked them. I have standard mil-spec trigger in mine. Seems to work ok for what I use it for.
