Lets say I have an SKS-M.
It takes AK mags (oh no!!! the dreaded LCM!!!!)

But it has a Monte Carlo stock (no pistol grip), no muzzle attachment (i.e. flash hider, muzzle break, etc…), and no bayonet lug.
it's just a standard semi-auto that happens to accept AK mags, is this something that needs to be registered? Based on my reading of the law, it would not qualify as an assault weapon. I just wanted to be sure.
