How are they in performance? What caliber is better in Makarovs? .380 vs 9x18? Is CZ 82 better than Russian Makarovs? What is going price for Russian Makarovs these days ?

Caliber is subjective, I suppose. Usually, the Makarovs are 9x18 Makarov, no?
The 9x18 is ballistically between the .380 ACP (9mm Kurz, Browning, Short) and the 9x19mm (Luger, Parabelum etc.).
Bear in mind that the 9x18mm has a slightly larger bullet diameter, of course (.364"-.365").
Never having owned either handgun from any country, all I can do is refer you to...

My question was about firearm not the cartridge, bullet or caliber :dumb:

I've shot both and consistently shoot the CZ82 better than anything else chambered in that caliber. Well built and solid. Like CT6, I thought a firearm had to be chambered in 9x18 to be considered a 'true' Makarov.
