My Ruger Mark II has been having some issues, and I'd like a good Ruger smith to take a look at it.

You might try Jim at Hansen Guns ( http://www.hansenguns.com/ ) in Southport. He may not specialize in newer model Rugers, but he will refer you to a fella in Fairfield (or perhaps he is in Southport at the Ruger facility, I forget now) that should be able to assist you.
