A friend at work found it after his dad passed, he's had it stored for a few years. He's never shot before and want's me to give it a once over fluff, buff, lube and test fire.
Anything special I should know about this gun?
Here's all I know so far: It appears to be Italian made(no English on it) Beretta .25Auto., action is free but a little sticky, trigger works and the barrel moves back and forth with the action open....

All I can offer is six rounds of Blazer .25 Auto that I have laying around...

Thanks Gary...I was given ammo with the gun.
If there is nothing special, I guess I'll just lube the slide and go shoot it.
Then give it a clean & lube....then back to storage.

You bet.
I can't give you much data on that piece. it does seem a bit unique with the grip safety or whatever it is. I don't think that's common on many Berettas, is it?

The pistol shot beautiful, the lil' thing ate up all the rounds I had with out a hitch and kept them on target too :)
It got nice clean & lube bath and is now back to its owner.
