I thought I needed an axle because it looked rotted. Upon closer inspection it is a solid (not hollow) axle. It's just the 2'' U-clamps that I am going to replace before I put it back up for sale.

Don't have any down this way. :(

Levines in norwalk should have it, i know i get my trailer brakes from there. There is a spring shop in bridgeport i forget their name they make u-bolts there.

Tractor supply would be my first place but there is none close to you
