Man pulls over cop for drunken driving, hurls him into own police van

When regular Joes are pulling over police officers for driving while intoxicated, you know the world has officially gone backwards. Russell George, from Pietermaritzburg, South Africa, says he was driving on Sunday evening when he noticed a police van driving "recklessly" into oncoming traffic. When George approached the stopped vehicle, he discovered the cop was drunk — so he threw him in the back of his own van and drove him to a police station.
