This is more than "bad" people....This is the axe that is posed to chop the head off our Liberty.
I predict Friday 1/11/13 to be the day all changes, the final death blow to the last bastion of freedom in this world. All other governments will follow suit, tyrannical and executive governance will rule the day and sweep the planet.

All this talk about confiscation and how would the government that supposedly works for attempt to do something this large?

Some sheep will obey and walk to slaughter, others won't and we will see a massacre of gov employees that blindly obey orders.

Then we will see UN blue hats that don't care about our laws.

Either way, a lot of people die. Remember the millions of rounds and coffins Homeland security recently ordered, they knew what was coming.

If one is to be formed, it would have to be formed quickly before the SHTF. Rounding people up after it has hit would be nearly impossible.

Look at history, firearms have been taken out of the hands of citizens many, many times.
What will happen is firearms will be made illegal, owners will be given a grace period in which to turn them in. After this, records will be compared, followed by confiscation teams going out and searching homes for the weapons not recorded in the turn in. Don't delude yourself into thinking this will not happen here or you have some kind of Constitutional protection....It can and you don't.
Realize that if a gun grab happens the Constitution, our way of life and our liberty are essentially shredded......We will be slaves to the system.

An Executive Order can be Held up in the Supreme Court for years it can't be enacted untill the case is heard. If they Feel there is a basis to Hear the case. If someone decides to take it to court on the grounds that it is Unconstitutional. VIA Wikipedia I am sure someone going to do this.
