North Carolina, New York: 2 police shootings, 2 sets of questions
(CNN) -- Two police shootings -- one bizarre and the other sad -- made headlines over the weekend. Each comes with its own set of unanswered questions.
In North Carolina, police shot and killed a man who may have been running to them for help after crashing his car.
In New York, police said a man was trying to commit "suicide by cop" when he confronted officers. Instead, the officers ended up shooting two women near busy Times Square on a Saturday night.
