I'm sure this is a repost so I will apologize in advance, but I had a few questions regarding pistol permits...

I know that open carry is legal with a pistol permit. Is it the SAME permit that allows you to either carry concealed or open, or is there a separate permit that you need for open.....I'm pretty sure it's the same, but my friend brought it up the other day and I was curious

Also, what are the laws on carrying in a bar (or a restaurant attached to a bar) where alcohol is served?

John, notice that your permit says "Permit to carry pistols & revolvers"... doesn't specify which way. :)

Restaurants are fine provided they don't prohibit firearms on their premises.

There is no separate permit. Open or concealed carry are legal with a permit.

There are none. Don't get intoxicated while carrying a loaded firearm.
