I do recall this case and find it a shame that the man was convicted for a malfuntioning gun. I believe gun owners of america was helping him with his legal battle and his wife pay the bills.

I just can't believe that they decided that a "malfunctioning gun" was considered a "machine gun". And that they didn't want to test-fire the gun to see if it would do it AGAIN.

Talk about being in the wrong place at the wrong time... :oops:
