Not sure if anyone mentioned them but Delta Arsenal at 82 Camp Street in Meriden CT is opening on Friday April 23rd. I just got the email. Doug and Andrew do all my transfers for me and are a pleasure to deal with. Looks like it's going to be a fun day at the new store next friday.

Delta Arsenal is finally opening the doors to our new flagship retail store!
We are celebrating with great deals on new and used firearms, ammunition and tactical gear. Vendors including Liberty Industries, Mossberg, and Troy Industries will be in attendance conducting product demonstrations and give-a-ways. More vendors are expected but not confirmed as of press date today. There will also be martial arts demonstrations and raffles for all sorts of products and services including a new AR-15 rifle and Connecticut Pistol Permit classes. We will be demonstrating some key techniques from our upcoming joint tactical training course with

Stopped by yesterday. The guys were true gentlemen. They have big plans for that shop. I wish them the best of luck.

I have been in there also, and they are great guys to do buisness with. They may not stock every gun that there is, but if you ask them for a price, they are real competitive and will order it for you. It's worth a trip to see the "black guns", and the SBR's that they have there, not to mention the M-60.
Pistol permit classes also given there.

Stop in and say hello and check them out. :)

these guys are the best. I have been to most of CT's vendors but these guys rock. I have bought a couple of firearms from Doug in the past before he had the store and have to say he is a pleasure to deal with. There is something different about the store. If you go to other shops you speak to sales people butif you go to Delta you speak with individuals that are into black riffles among other weapons. If you want it they can get it or custom built for you including colors. They also do FFL transfers with no problems. so in short, I am a very satisfied customer and no I do not work for them.

I've got to toss up some kudos for Delta Arsenal. I've done business with them exactly twice. First time to purchase a firearm and the last to pick up my Buckmark. Both have been good experiences, they unlike many shops have been reasonable and accommodating.
Btw: Delta Arsenal will try to price match or beat the price on any weapon you might want to buy from one of the "on-line" dealers...If they can't they'll give you a very discounted FFL transfer fee to bring it in form the on-line shop...How can you beat that? I'll be checking in with them before I make any future purchases.

Delta is moving to Wallingford in early 2013, 342 Quinnipiac St, where New England Outfitters used to be.

I'm guessing they want the range at that building as Meriden wouldn't let them install a new one.

I went into the store in Camp Street but don't think they have the inventory to fill the old archery section of NEFS let alone the whole store. My initial impression was limited section and over priced. Not as bad as BMG but not a whole lot of difference.

delta has started moving most of their inventory and trying to get the store part set up in the new place esp with xmas and new years coming.
they have a huge selection normally of ar15 parts...you just have to ask.
great customer service and doug has extensive knowledge so to compare them to BMG is like comparing obama to a true american........
its impossible, and no matter what angle its just not there
