wonder if there is one for AK-74 type (5.45mm) or its too small for 22LR?
.223 is 5.56mm, right?

You know, nyalex98, I'm really not sure what the nominal diameter of the 5.45mm is in inches. I'd suspect a .22 lr would be okay for an AK-74 bore, but I just don't know with any certainty.
Perhaps the relative availability and low cost of ammo for most Soviet clones (39mm and 45mm) has made it rather senseless to make these types of conversions. Might be that pressures required wouldn't make it possible to adapt...just don't rightly know.
