The news was it was going to open on X-mas 2013, Anybody knows if it's open ?

Not that I was really paying attention, but the last time I was down that way (several months ago), I don't think they'd even broken ground on that project.

I also heard that cabelas wants to pull out seems the state of CT promised that they were going to put more stores over there to draw more people and like usual for Connecticut they haven't done a thing !

Being familiar with the area,it surprises me that that anyone would want to build anything in that neighborhood.....it's a pretty run down area...

I guess, because of the nature of the area, mayor wants to attract more people with the guns there
