I have a newer mini 14 ranch rifle and was wondering if it is legal to add a choate flash suppressor. I dont see it being a problem because the mini 14 tactical comes with the same supressor. Am I wrong in thinking this way?

Just don't add a pistol grip or bayo lug to the rifle and you'll be safe.
