I have a good feeling from that little rifle, its a good gun that is going to serve you well.
I definitely need to put several more hundreds of rounds out of it though. I wanna make sure it will be up for the task of being my SHTF rifle.

I got plenty of use from it, but I ended up selling it as a training aid with the knowledge of what its history was. It just wasn't worth any expense to make it right in my book.
I didn't even bother to send my mod. 85 to them. Just sold it as a broken gun, didn't have the time to send it back as it was suppose to be a gift for my mother. Glad it broke while I had it instead of if she needed to use it.

BTW, I went through the SP101 and the trigger feels so much smoother now. 8)

Holds 8+1 .357 or 9+1 .38.

Jamesb,

I need to get more para-cord as I used most of it up doing this. I would be to be a carabiner on both ends so it could be totally removed. I was playing around with this one and only had one carabiner, lol.
Just give me the total length and a color(s) and I'll see what I can come up with as far as price.

I was doing a generic search for shell holders for rifles on google images and came across only one picture that caught my eye. Someone had made a shell holder using paracord and elastic string. Well, it turns out I still had some paracord left over and remembered I had some elastic string that I saved from several years ago.
Decided to give it try. Here are the results. 8)

I can now hold an extra 25 rounds on the gun.
