Well I picked up this beauty yesterday. Excellent and soft shooting!
It's a Rossi R92 .38/.357. Dressed it up with some Cobra knotted para-cord.

Pics don't do it justice!

Looks like it will be a fun shooter, cast, jacketed, para-corded or cordited!

Great shooter even with .357's. Doesn't like to feed semi wad cutters though. :?

Did you get any of those NEI 164 grainers? They should feed well. I just cast some more and loaded them in .357M to the crimp groove, which makes them slightly over-length at 1.65". They fit fine in my GP-100 cylinder, but you'd have to sample a few in that Rossi. Book lists about 1000 fps with 6.0gr Unique, but I don't know what a rifle barrel would generate.
FWIW, I also did a box of Speer 160gr JSP (it is a SWC design) with 300-MP; book lists about 1650 fps with this recipe.

Well, there are a few NEI's with your name on them in Branford. Just let me replace/find my phone, so you can reach me b4 coming down for nothing.

I sent a Rossi revolver to VA, b4 they were under Taurus. I think they just sent it back to me having done nothing. I got plenty of use from it, but I ended up selling it as a training aid with the knowledge of what its history was. It just wasn't worth any expense to make it right in my book.
