New SKS-M stock

Postby jkysmrf » Wed Oct 31, 2012 10:29 pm

So after months of patiently waiting, my bullpup stock came in. Only minor fitting required, plus had to cut a slot in the stock to allow for the front sling mount to fit. It feels really solid and can't wait to try it out. Don't get me wrong - the M was fine before and is fully intact inside, but just wanted something more "fun". OAL is about 26 3/8"

Looks good. Are there any issues with 922 compliance with these mods?

But of course. Had to go with stock, take off upper handguard, US made trigger, hammer, sear. Stupid $90 extra, but oh well - this is an expensive hobby.

Ok, that is what I thought. Have not done anything like that...yet.

My PTR compliance parts for the G3 kit I had done were much more expensive. This wasn't too bad.
