I fell in love with the rifle I JUST had to have. S/N indicates that it was manufactured right around the time the Armistace of 1918 was signed. Bore & action are 100% IMMACULATE, as is the stock. Every single part is original, and the stock is in PERFECT condition. :)

Long story short... I'm sorry folks, but I've let you all down. I had to trade a couple guns I loved dearly, for a rifle that I wanted even more... it is truly, a vicious cycle.

OK. Now for the porn. 8)

There's a bit of farmland in the family, but it's way up in Goshen. It's not a frequent haunt, but I make the pilgrimage up there a few times a year.
Right now I have no wheels, so it's almost impossible these days to get beyond Waterbury (plus, it makes it a bit difficult to lug rifles, handguns, ammo, targets etc., abourd SLE and CT Transit).
Such is life!

Well, you might just be the third party GA and I need to make a trip up there.
I can get to Waterbury; we could meet up with GA in Torrington area and head to the farm. Bear in mind I have to clear it with the relatives...I can't just drop in... but it's perfectly doable. Let's get the winter mix cleared though.
