Seller review:

- Won my aucton at 8:50AM
- Had an email from him by 9:15AM
- He had my FFL and payment via paypal by 11:15AM
- The gun was in the mail by 4:45PM and I have a tracking number. FFL should have it by Friday.

So, my younger brother is graduating college. He will be living in Maryland. If I wanted to give him a handgun I own as a graduation present, and it is legal for him to own it, is there anything special that needs to be done paperwork wise?
