My son got his notice the other day he told me that the letter says to send a passport photo and copy of your birth certificate but that's if you mail it in ,I think when you go in person it's just your permit .
I would think John would know , what's your input on this John??

No I don't think you need it but I brought mine just in case they never asked me for mine there's no sense in going down there and then finding out you need it usually your pistol permit is good enough

Yes they are but some of these builders make two or three a week , the action is so smooth on them it's like a gun the more smoother the action ,most likely the more your gonna pay I'm sure there's people out there that will argue that , when I go to the range with my DVC or my custom 22/45 ya hear ...

Check out https://zt.kaiusaltd.com I picked up a ZT "mudd" it's discontinued ,got it used pretty cool , they back up there work 100% .....pricey but very high quality

I can find out what my son uses he thinks it's a pretty good system for sharpening then maybe you can you tube it and see if it's for you

There's so many different ways to sharpen but only a few are really good I've been looking into it ,my son sharpens really well , and even with that said he sends his best knives out to a person that will literly put a mirror finish on it,and I do mean mirror you can take a 10x loop and look at it a...

Yeah , my son is into it ,you can learn a lot from it ,I knew there was an interest but I didn't know how much,and custom knives are a big deal , I figure maybe if we put up a ďiscussion on it it may draw some new members ,things have gotten very slow here
