CT and RI gun law

I got a friend that works with me on the subase, but lives in RI. Does anyone know the actual law if I wanna go to RI or if he wants to come to CT to go to the shooting range?

Oh yeah I forgot to add the Taurus Raging Bull Model 44 .44 Mag to the list I want. The Para S16-40 in the picture is also the Limited edition, not the Todd Jarrett one. I removed all the black from the slide. Thanks Hayes.
