Maybe people don't want to associate their e-mail address with any petitions?

I'm shocked it has so few signatures as well.

I have a 229 elite in 9mm and it is fantastic. I have no discomfort recommending it. Cleaning it isn't a chore in my opinion but I do not own a Glock, so maybe the contrast is strong. I went with the 229 over the 226 because I carry and was worried about printing. If I had to do it over again I'd ma...

The original situation, not the drama in between :)

if it was driven and maintained then 11K isn't a bad thing, but usually when this happens you'll find that there's all sorts of rubber rot. My first car was 25 years old and had only about 20K miles on it. It was a mess. Everything rubber from motor mounts to belts to tires needed to be replaced. En...

I travel a lot and mine is in my wallet next to my license. The Hilton New York did not like it but took it.. The clerk was clearly annoyed. In London they will generally take a US drivers license as a photo ID for some transactions (passport is better). The one time I gave a pistol permit the perso...

Get a bike. Ultimately, a car is a car. You can enjoy great MPG, a fun ride, etc, but... it's still a big box with some glass that moves you down the road. I had a 1986 Shadow for years and sold it last year after picking up a BMW R1200RT. I originally expected to keep three bikes but within days it...

I like the place but also tend to make a pest of myself once I need a salesperson. I worked retail years and years ago and we had the same problem - it's a management / motivation issue. I'd be surprised if they ever deal with it, given that they seem to do a lot of business as it is. They also seem...

Not kidding -

Could others add to this? I have only bought new but keep seeing things on here that I might be interested in. I have no idea what any of the FTF etiquette is, apart from common sense & don't be a wanker.

Thank you to those who took action and made efforts to protect our rights.

Also, thanks Rich for posting the updates. I've been traveling a lot lately and it's been tough to follow some of the goings-on. Your posts have been a good source of information.

Survivability in the Prius or almost any newer car is tremendously higher than in cars even 10 years old... If you think you'll survive because you're in a big giant hunk of metal, you need to look at what happens to the human meatsack at several G's of sudden deceleration with no protection. I owne...

Personally, I've yet to find a place I wouldn't buy from but have only been buying in CT for a couple of years.

I saw a Crown Vic today in Middletown with those huge rims with 1" of tire around them.... It was creme colored and really needed a good wash. Georgia plates; maybe it's the in thing down there.

I have heard from one person who got their permit that it was under 4 hours and they didn't have to go to the range .. and that is in CT. I've heard something like that too. Lost 10-12 students out of a class because "this other guy can do the whole class in his house". I'm guessing he us...
