Ok, I just do not remember having to bring anything with me the last time except for a check to pay for my Constitutional right to bear arms. I will go prepared just in case.

Has anyone renewed their pistol permit lately? Just got a letter from the state that requires a birth certificate and a passport size photo. Is that really needed if you go in person?

I am not that good at sharpening, probably not patient enough. Have not done much research on methods or equipment for sharpening. Interesting subject.

Yes, it is very slow here. Just not a lot of discussion on the forum these days.

I would like to learn more and I have an interest in making knives. Might be fun to learn for a future project.

I am up for a discussion area for that since I have just a very basic knowledge of edged implements. Things like blade materials, experience with different brands and such would be interesting.
