I think some store ownesr are just trying to make as much money as we dummies will give them. I doubt that the suppliers are charging such a difference between stores. Rons Guns wanted $25 for a 100 round box of Winchester .22

I purchased a 500 round brick of CCI Standard Velocity at Dicks Waterford last week for $42. Then went to Grouse Purch and the guy wanted $65 for the same box!
Any members able to help move a few pieces of furniture and a regular size gun safe from Guilford to Colchester in the next few weeks for pay? or recommends someone. Would fit in a box truck or trailer.
I need a FFL near Guilford who would be willing to come to my elderly fathers house for some transfers. Any recommendations? Thanks
And, Hoffmans had much 22LR and 9mm today
I know this is a late post, but Rons guns in Old Lyme had pounds of Bullseye powder last friday and the walmart in Guilford had 555 round boxes of .22LR.
There is a couple that operates out of Metropolitan Shooters Inc. (MSI) in Manchester that makes ear plugs. They operate under the name of Phoenix Shooting, I think. I will send a link if I can find it. But try searching for Phonenix Shooting and see if that works. They also provide NRA permit class...
Not sure how close it is to you, but Metropolitan Shooters in Manchester has public shooting Saturday mornings 8 to 12 I think. However, no jacket bullets.
thanks for the responses.
I am thinking of purchasing a Glock 23 in .40. A fried told me that Glocks do not like lead bullets. As a reloader I would be looking to shoot lead bullets. Does anyone know if Glocks have problems handling lead rounds?
Thanks
