If you think we're sane, then you've got some major problems.

Maybe I'll get in on this and trade PaiN's .45 ammo back to him once he gets another .45.

Yeah, I was the one with the beretta and the Sig P220. I didn't shoot the pistols that much - with all the people shooting at the plates it was a little hard to figure out if it was me hitting it or someone else.

It was lots of fun. Will definitely go again in the fall.

Before they closed down the range they had a 7" S&W 41 in their rental rack. I haven't paid close attention to what the new stock in there is, but it's reasonable to assume that they would stock a similar collection of guns.

In the hopes that you'll buy it, end up not liking it, and sell it for cheaper, I've had my eyes on a Ruger LCR in .357 for a while.

Also, the more I see them, the more I think I'll end up buying a Ruger SR22 sooner or later.

On the higher end of the spectrum, I want to buy a nice M1A rifle.

I look forward to seeing everyone there. I'll be the Asian guy with the long hair, so I'll be kind of hard to miss.

So, who's going? I'm going to show up first thing in the morning with a bunch of rifles and my shotgun, and try my hand at shooting trap.

No drinking for me, but I'll probably stick around all day to meet people, socialize, and shoot until I run out of ammunition.

Yeah, the semi-auto. I have the 7" barrel version of what John posted. John, I shoot with the Silver City Gun Club in the Metropolitan Revolver League. This is my first year shooting bullseye, so I'm still figuring things out and my scores aren't great.

I really like the old Connecticut-made High Standard pistols. Right now for bullseye I'm shooting a 7" Smith and Wesson Model 41, which is also really nice and certainly capable of shooting far better than I am shooting it.

Learning to shoot trap and skeet

I have never shot trap or skeet before, but would like to learn. Does any place offer lessons?

I can't tell for sure because it's sort of fuzzy, but that inscription looks a lot like the Chinese Jiao, which means to teach. Might indicate that this is some sort of instructional rifle.

Won't help with determining country of origin, since Japanese also uses Chinese characters.

I'd love to have a chance to climb a tower that high. Of course, I'm a rock climber and definitely crazy.

I did. It got thrown back in my face with another argument completely irrelevant to blood alcohol level while carrying. I'm arguing here because I actually feel strongly enough about this stuff that I really hope people fight the legislation they oppose in a targeted, specific manner, which may actu...

Then fight both. Separately. When we're trying to discuss one topic and the other one keeps getting thrown in, all it does is muddy the waters and does not advance the discussion or change anyone's mind. These bills are very specific in what they seek to legislate. Fight the bills specifically, addr...
