If you're looking for more steel matches, http://wallsofsteel.com/ I would go to this but RFG has a 3 gun match that weekend and I don't feel like waking up really early to drive 2 hours.

Yeah, was really disappointed by that email. I hope they can sort everything out since they put on two major matches in the fall :(

This is taken from their Facebook page. Doesn't seem good. They got sued by Sig Sauer for over 25k and 400,000 by Marty(Andys old business partner)....Perfect Trigger lost...New Haven civil court and all Perfect Trigger and Andy's assets were seized for distribution. Aka...being auctioned or sold of...

Definitely seemed like another questionable item to come out of Exeter. I am looking forward to shooting one of the new p224s in 9mm though.

A p229 in 9mm was my first gun purchase and I love it. It is possible to carry it IWB and have it concealed. Your clothing(good belt+holster too) just needs to be geared towards carrying a non sub compact handgun. I use my p229 for IDPA and love the DA/SA trigger and no external safety. If you can g...

NRA Safety Course instructors around new haven?

A buddy of mine wants to get his permit and is trying to find a local NRA Certified instructor to take the class with instead of the gunshop route. Are there instructors around who are doing the class below the $130 mark we're seeing at several shops? I took mine 2 years ago with a private instructo...

I'll be making the drive up there. It's still going on correct? Wasn't sure if they were worried about rain.

Well I hope he comes back. An FBI agent from the area contacted Todd about hosting a class here and he set it all up. It definitely seemed like they were interested in doing another one. Several people in the class were from New Hampshire.

Where did you take the Aim Fast Hit Fast class? Looks like a good drill. Ill have to try it out at the range next time At Hartford Gun Club. I received a message from the IDPA match director from there reaching out to people about the class coming and I jumped on it. I was boarder line on the requi...

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qU3jceN4JAc Anyone try this before? This is a drill from pistol-training.com and shot in AFHF classes taught by Todd Louis Green. Now Dave Sevigny is pretty much a cyborg, but it is definitely a fun drill to run. I attended the Aim Fast Hit Fast class in July and you s...
