So with having a C&R and wanting to buy a Mosin Nagant what do I have to do now once it comes in besides entering it into my bound book. Do I need to send anythign to the state?
As far as I know, most polymer lowers are rated for up to 5.56mm, they are not a true multi cal receiver. pistol calibers would be fine but you can't go higher than 5.56.

So I received my C&R last year and have yet to purchase anything with it but was wondering. What is the bound book that I log the purchase into. I did not receive anything from the ATF.
Hell, I had to pay CT $11 this year.
I would do the same thing just to teach my kid a lesson.
