[quote"Malaga2"]Guys this conspiracy shit is getting out of hand![/quote] Seriously, or do all of you believe that the all of the 100+ law enforcement, firefighters, EMT's, medical personal, medical examiners and parents would ALL lie and possibly subject themselves to criminal or civil ch...

Given Al-Jazeera's reporting on their website, which I find to be virtually devoid of all the "loaded" words found in the American media, I suspect that there are going to be a bunch of unemployed leftist "reporters" at Current TV. :D

Currently ALL public shoots involving the pistol or rifle ranges, including pistol permit classes are cancelled for the time being, whether it becomes permanent or not is still up in the air. From what I have heard, the VP of the club and one other member on the Board of Directors/Executive Board ar...

Probably, S&W will need a way to recoup the money, since they are trading the M&P's to Bridgeport PD for the Sig's.

I've found Newington Gun Exchange to be fair, additionally they will put it on consignment for you if you'd prefer to try and get more then they can offer. Something to look at is the prices on the used guns. If there are a lot of bargains (like in a long established store on the Berlin Turnpike), t...

FMJ will work if put in the right spot, besides if things get so bad that we are expecting to engage groups past the typical self defense distance, I don't think any of us are going to necessarily restrict ourselves to just factory ammo, we'll be shoving whatever we have handy into the magazines.

None of the above. For urban/suburban areas I'm going to chose my semi-auto Suomi M-31 in 9mm. 70 round drum, kicks like a .22 and can reach out to 150 yards.

All IDPA, IPSC and Cowboy shoots have been cancelled as of now for April & May. From what I heard, it is due to an insurance issue. HGC has been very supportive of the Cowboy shoots and the club seems to appreciate the money the various discplines bring in, so I don't think they cancelled the sh...

I've used both. The mallet is time consuming and can be messy, but you get the bullet back intact. The collet/die method is quick and clean, but mangles lead and plated bullets. The plated bullets were usable for practice, the lead bullets ended up going to a friend to be tossed in the casting pot

If you can find one, buy one of the East German Makarov's. The CZ-82 is chambered in 9x18 Makarov, but is not an actual Makarov in design. If I had to choose between the CZ-82 and the Bulgarian Makarov, I'd probably pick the CZ-82 because of the better features (ambi safety and mag release) and prob...

I inclined to say that they are Chinese Mausers, not Arisakas. I've never seen an Arisaka with the sling slot in the stock or the depression in the stock underneath the bolt.

Well, I'm bringing a new, uber fast, race gun too... And I'm coming off a commanding win of the C-class from a couple weeks ago. I have to defend the title! (its kinda like being the tallest midget...) C class... I like your style. lol.. I might have to check one of these out at NH. How far a...
