Brian,
I guess I'm being critical but why doesn't the .mil know about this event that happened 22 years ago already? Didn't you disclose it when enlisting? If you did disclose it back then than it can't be used against you now but if you never disclosed it then?

SR9, Thank you for your thoughtful response, advice and prayers. I wish you the best with your sons and will pray for you, your wife and sons also. After my daughters visit today and researching the laws, I think the effect on her future may not be as bad as I had initially thought. It will be expen...

Nice knife Paul,
I haven't been into knives long.
I really like the gold/bronze blade.
My value estimate was just a guess.

OK, So I think I'm wrong. I was thinking of police officers: ------- Can Police Officers buy Assault Weapons? Yes. However, in order to purchase the active duty police officer must first obtain a letter on your department's letterhead authorizing such purchase and statin that the weapon will be used...

Doesn't matter who you ask or what their answer is. What matters is if you meet the letter of the law. If you owned and registered them before the deadline you can legally keep them. To legally obtain more high caps or a banned weapon after then deadline you must have a signed document from your chi...

I read the new gun laws that ban alot of the stuff. Luckily I am military and it basically states that law enforcement, military, etc. are not subjected to the new laws. I actually bought some things stores had in stock with no problem. It just seems that noone wants to ship to CT because they are ...

Non-resident brining an assult weapon into CT.

So if a non-resident wants to shoot at a club in CT or otherwise bring an "assault weapon" into CT for some reason other than "interstate transport", is it allowed by the new law? Say someone from RI wants to bring his post 94 into CT for a competition or to a gunsmith for work. ...

If you haven't bought the barrel yet I suggest 16", rifle length gas, 1-8 twist: -300 yds you don't need the little added velocity of 18" for distance -16" with comp, rifle gas and maybe improved buffer spring/buffer combination can be soft shooting. - 1/8 twist so you can shoot from ...

Carry gun, trid night sights. For most handgun competitions; red with the sides of the tube blackened with a sharpie. I find that shooting in bright sunlight with either a red or green FO washes out the sharp outline of my front sight reducing my accuracy. For 3-gun; plain black as the shots are tig...

The cruiser hit pop-up barricade. 5 shots in the back with one to the back of the head? Is that more like “old west outlaw stuff”, ...
