OK fellow gun enthusiasts, I have a hard decision to make. Due to the "Assault Weapon Ban Loophole" I have the opportunity the purchase a Colt Sporter HBAR (pre-ban) for $1800. According to the seller, a reputible area arms dealer, the "loophole" make this sale perfectly legal, a...

So now the big question..

I've got Aliant Unique powder. I'm having trouble finding load data for the 100 grain plated bullets for both .380auto and 9mm.

Any suggestions on where to look or load sizes???

Getting excited!!!! Almost ready for my first loads!!!

There actually mini ape's 12" vs 18". It's a little weird at first, but you get smoothed out real quick. It's actually a comfortable position. Less back strain.

Thanks for all the input!!! Since they're just run of the mill 9mm cases, I'll probable just toss them. A reamer sounds like it might do the trick.

I've got to find me some primer and powder and heads, so that I can get to reloading.

Bad primer removal question

I'm new to reloading, actually haven't reloaded yet, but i have my press set up and have been removing the old primers. I've been using once fired brass that i picked up at the range. Most of the primers come out easily. However, every so often part of the primer appears to get stuck in the case. Si...

I'm heading in the same direction.

I'm seriously considering picking up a reloading press myself.

So far my research has lead me to the Lee Classic reloading kit. I'm going to start with .380 and 9mm.

I'd really appreciate some input from the knowledgeable gentlemen of this forum.
